This class aims to create optimal health in the body and mind. It is a gentle full body stretch including backbends, forward bends, spinal twists and side stretches. It aims to strengthen the legs, arms and core. And includes a number of exercises to create better balance. And simple Thai Yoga Massage techniques on arms and legs to increase circulation and lift mood. The class also includes instruction in a number of breathing techniques to assist in creating deep internal peace. The class is done seated and standing, using the chair as a prop for stretching and strengthening.
